Stuck in a dead-end job waiting tables and cleaning toilets, Owen Hawk yearns for something more - and to be closer to crush Tim Rusty, who has recently enrolled in the R.O.T.C. So off Hawk goes in this patriotic feature that would make an excellent recruiting tape for hotties with a hankering for down and dirty military action. Rusty's opening encounter in Chain Of Command with Brad Benton in the men's room is one of the stronger scenes, starting as a glory hole suck-fest before the ever-hard Benton crosses over to fuck Rusty and squirt on his face.
