Halfway House Hoodlums shows that, when young men are being rehabilitated they are sent to a half way house to be sure they have learned their lessons and are ready to be on their own. Here they must follow strict rules and are certain to face the consequences when they do not obey. Adam is not making any effort to get back into society and is simply sleeping the days away. This gets him a hard spanking by hand, paddle and belt from Jeff Sterne until he is all teary eyed and promising to do better. Rick catches Sebastian trying to sneak back into the house after he is caught being out after curfew. After some more lies Sebastian is properly spanked on his bare butt and sent to his room. After his spanking, Sebastian returns to his room where he runs into Jacob who was supposed to cover for him. Since Jacob did not cover him, Sebastian decides to give Jacob a spanking like he just got. As the spanking proceeds Sebastian Yancey and Fernando are in the halfway house and slip out at night when they are supposed to be in bed.
