Jeff Sterne is Resident Advisor Sterne and must be the hardest working, most diligent and self-sacrificing man in the all-male educational field. There's nothing he won't do to help motivate his young charges to better behaviour. In this latest example, Sterne finds that five of his college dorm residents are not keeping their rooms clean or attending classes regularly. The firm disciplinarian concludes that some old style reminders are in order and administers them via bare hand spanking, wooden paddle, and the occasional swat with his belt - all across progressively less clothed arse cheeks.
